Released in late 1995, Someone is Watching is Fran's second album. The first four tracks were recorded live at Morrisound Studios in Tampa, in front of 30 friends who contributed some nice "harmonies" and applause during the performance. Denver Dewitt provides some nice textures and smokin' leads on acoustic guitar, and some vocal harmonies to boot. The last three songs were recorded with Bobby Croft - Fran's first project with an outside producer. Bobby's studio is at the southern tip of the Ocala National Forest, in a beautiful home about two hours northeast of Tampa. The production is lavish, and marked a real sonic departure from previous recordings.
