I've turned into a yardener this past month, catching up with springtime, and preparing for a long, hot summer in Kansas. I've got a bunch of new tunes I'm itching to record, so send along your encouragement (and/or money) if you'd like to see a new record soon. 8^)
I'm having a blast playing house concerts all over the country. I should have done this years ago. Lots of great stuff happening...
I'm playing with an amazing instrumentalist (sax, flute, etc..) named Rick Yamashiro. Rick is from California, and is one of the finest artists I've ever worked with. The concertsinyourhome.com website is really taking off, and I'm flying to the east coast this week to do three house concert performances.
The site was also featured on a local NBC news affiliate last week. Finally, we have a live recording October 29th at the legendary Blacklodge Studios, (owned by Ryan Pope of the "Get Up Kids".? If you'd like to attend this show, please RSVP ASAP - seating is limited.
